Special meaning message cards
The special meaning message cards CANNOT be personalized. Those cards are designed, printed and cut in advance and in bulk so that I can offer them to my customers free of charge.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of my pieces come in a jewelry box suitable for gift giving.
I do wrap my US orders' jewelry boxes with ribbon, but can't do this for my Canadian orders. Because Canada Post has a 2cm thickness limit on regular mail option and the ribbon makes the package slightly thicker and the service needs to be marked as a parcel.
A parcel usually starts from CAD10 and most importantly I find that a parcel moves slower compared to regular mail. BUT I provide the ribbon for my customers, so that they can use it if they want to give it as a gift.
Care instructions
Upon shipment, your order will arrive to you carefully boxed and beautifully packaged with an anti-tarnish bag and tab. Due to the nature of sterling silver, the jewelry may oxidize in time. When you are not wearing your item, I suggest that you keep it in the closed plastic bag with the anti-tarnish tab, so that it can stay shiny for a long time.
The tarnish can also be removed with a polishing cloth or silver cleaner.
Please handle all Sterling Silver jewelry delicately.
It is recommended to keep jewelry away from salt water, chlorine, sauna or any chemicals such as hairspray, perfume, oils, shampoos or lotions, etc.
Please be aware that jewelry is not indestructible :) Take good care of it.
Repairs
In the event that your items become damaged during normal wear, I will gladly repair them free of charge within 1 month from the date of shipping.
Disclaimer
I've made every attempt to portray the colors of my jewelry and beads as accurately as possible. However, colors do vary on different monitors. So please keep this in mind if you are interested in my jewelry. Also, all pictures have been enlarged to show detail. Please read descriptions to determine accurate lengths and sizes.
I suggest all my jewelry be worn by adults or responsible children. Due to their small parts they could be a dangerous choking hazard to young children.
Difference between PROCESSING Time and Estimated SHIPPING Times
Processing time is the time that I need to work on your order. It usually ranges between 1-3 business days. This is the time that I need BEFORE shipping the package.
Estimated Shipping Times is the time that USPS (3-6 business days for first class mail) or Canada Post (2-10 business days) requires to deliver a package (barring any postal delays) AFTER it's shipped by me.
To calculate the total time for a package to be delivered to you, add these times up (minimum and maximum values of both) and plan accordingly.
For US orders, Priority Shipping option is an extra of $5.00 and the estimated shipping time is 2-4 business days instead of 3-6 business days. Please keep in mind that these are all estimated, and NOT GUARANTEED by USPS.
